LOCAL & GLOBAL Outreach
Our outreach ministry team finds ways to join God at work in our community and world. We partner with missionaries both locally and abroad as well as local community outreach organizations. We want to encourage everyone to share Jesus in our homes, communities, and around the world by meeting the practical and spiritual needs of those around us. We have lots of ideas about how men, women, children, and families can all develop a sensitivity and heart for reaching out and sharing the love of Christ in practical ways to make an impact for Christ. If you are looking to get involved in outreach, please contact the church office at email@example.com
Care Home Ministry
Each Sunday a group of Grace attendees goes into Brookdale care home in Tracy. The residents are invited to attend and participate in worship singing and to listen and watch a recorded message from that Sunday's 8am service at our home church, Grace Church (1330 N. Tracy Blvd). If you have a heart for seniors, contact the church office to see how you can join in.

“For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’”
— Matthew 25:35-40
